A completely free, 4 day pop-up experience where I get to teach what's helped me become confident and consistent with my workouts, giving me exciting progress, a strong, healthy body and all the progress I've ever wished for. It's crammed full of useful information, a daily task to help practically make steps forward AND the fun of being part of a brilliant, buzzy community that wants the best for each other.
At 6:30am on the first morning of the challenge you'll receive your first task - these will all be doable, I promise. You'll have to show that you've done the task in the Facebook group or by emailing me. Each task will teach you seriously useful components of working out, building muscle, mindset and nutrition, so you'll have all the pieces to crack on with your workouts, like never before!
You're in exactly the right place to learn precisely the best route forward for YOU. No jargon, no fitness industry BS, just the chance to sit down and figure out what you want your fitness journey to look like - which is a really powerful place to start.
You'll learn loads too - the challenge will give you the chance to hone what you're doing, to make it diamond-strong. Plus, when did you last pause and look at your motivations and goals? And how is it managing your schedule? The challenge covers all these elements to make your fitness journey rock solid.
Panic not! Each will be saved for viewing at a time convenient to you - and the replay links sent out too!
No. There is a Facebook group for the challenge, where participants are encouraged to share the answers of the daily tasks, BUT this isn't the only way to participate. Every day you'll get an email with each task, so just reply to that and you'll be eligble for the prize draw!

There's a whole heap of confusion out there, so Fitter Confident You is here to demistify workouts, nutrition, motivation, all that good stuff, so you can just get on with it, on your own terms.
I'm also here to make fitness as fun and accessible as possible for GBTQ+ men, hence pop-up events like this challenge, where I'll share everything that's helped build a Fitter Confident Me!
