I'm not 'gym-fit'... Will I feel out of place?

Not at all. Our community includes men of all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes. Many members haven't exercised in years before starting. So the programme builds gradually - no jumping in at the deep end.

I've tried other programmes before...

This isn't another one-size-fits-all program. It's specifically designed for our bodies, our goals, and our community.

I'm over 60, am I too old for the plan?

Absolutely not! We have many successful members in their 60s and 70s. A New Day is specifically designed to work with, not against, our changing bodies. Age is just another number here and we have clients in their 70s making eye-popping progress.

How much time do I need to make the most of the plan?

Depending on your experience, the workouts will be between 20 - 40 minutes, ideally three times a week. If you can find that - and you deserve to, btw - you'll thrive on A New Day. There are also bonus follow-along videos to be done at home, which will dramatically improve your flexibility, mobility, ease of day-to-day movement, and even sleep.

Is the plan too advanced for me?

Every component of the plan is fully personalised, to ensure we meet you where you are. I've created A New Day to slot into your life seamlessly, as opposed to feeling forced to do things that don't feel right or fit with your schedule.

I'm not tech-savvy, will I be able to access everything?

We've made everything as user-friendly as possible, with clear instructions for accessing all the materials. There's a simple app which houses your workouts, and if you're working out at home, you can show it on a laptop too.

Do I need a gym membership to take part?

No! 40% of Fitter Confident You clients do home workouts, very happily and effectively, so you never need set foot in a gym to make the progress you want. All you need is a pair of weights to do the plan - we can advise on good value, durable kit you can purchase if need be.

What if I'm not comfort able sharing in groups?

While we encourage community participation, it's entirely optional. You can participate as much or as little as you like while still following the program successfully.

Do I have to share photos or progress publicly?

Never. While some members enjoy sharing their journey, and it can be a useful element of tracking your progress, it's completely optional. Your privacy is respected, and you control what you share.
